BIC offers convenient alternatives for funding your agency. We can provide pre-printed drafts along with a draft register, which enables agencies to issue the financed amount without delay. Flexible payment options mean value-added service to your clients. Credit approval is required for direct funding to agency.

Payment options include:

Pay by Mail
Clients have the option of receiving monthly invoicing or a coupon book at the inception of the agreement so they can pay by check via regular mail.

Pay by Fax
Simply fax a check of the installment payment to BIC. After the check is faxed, void the original. Funds will be processed and deducted from the checking account.

Pay Online 24/7
Clients can easily and securely create an online account by clicking on the ‘Insured Login’ icon at the bottom of this Website. With the online payment option, clients can generate a payment receipt for their records.

Direct Debit (ACH) Payment
The easiest and most convenient way to pay. Funds will be automatically withdrawn from your checking account. Fill out the BIC Pre-Authorized Agreement for Direct Pay form. Attach a check marked ‘VOID’ from which payments are to be made, and return both the form and voided check to the insurance agent or to BIC directly.
